• Community Level Sponsorships is only available for Non-Profit Organizations and Small Businesses.  Please download the Community Sponsor form for more information about the benefits and costs of this level of sponsorship. 
• Corporate Level Sponsorships is available to pharmaceutical companies as well as other businesses.  Please download the Corporate Sponsor form for more information about the benefits and costs of this level of sponsorship.
