Various recipes are led by a Nutritionist and prepared by clients in the kitchen. The recipe will include one or more of the items given in the pantry bag for that particular week. A weekly topic is discussed, following the "Cooking Class Syllabus". Recipes are prepared by Nutritionist, with assistance of clients

Sister- to-Sister Group
[details]

This group is designed to support women and their families in dealing with HIV/AIDS and the issues that arise throughout one's life with the disease. The goal is to improve their internal familial relationships through discussion of many different topics including but not limited to: education, disclosure, parenting, treatment and support. The group allows the members to share their experiences in a safe caring environment.
