Join us on the Plaza at the Adam Clayton Powell Jr. State Office Building for free and confidential HIV, Hepatitis C and Sexually Transmitted Infection (Gonorrhea, Syphilis and Chlamydia) testing, blood pressure screenings, blood glucose screenings, podiatric screenings and much more.
Come learn about the services and programs offered by more than thirty community health and wellness organizations, local businesses and more!
